Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5.95.

We aim to despatch items that are in stock as soon as we receive your order. Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery. Made to order items will take longer, please see individual products for details.

Some products will be despatched directly from the maker on Ji-binc and Jac-do’s behalf.

Overseas and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Please contact us on +44 (0)1545 570191 or e-mail enquiries@ji-binc.com for a quote and confirmation if the item can be mailed.


Returns

We hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. However, in the rare event that you don’t, you may return the items to us, or to the maker where applicable, within 7 working days for a full refund or replacement.

All items must be unused in its original packaging. Make sure all parcels are sealed and well protected and that you have included details of the order and the reason for the return. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or e-mail and we will endeavour to replace them.

The goods must be returned to us together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items. If the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will offer a full refund or replace the item at no further cost.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings or underwear.


Privacy

We know how irritating it is if companies pass on your details to other businesses who then send you unsolicited emails and junk mail, so we don't do this. The information you provide will ensure that we can fulfill your order quickly and accurately, and we would like to reassure you that this information will not be made available to any other mailing list. We will mail you up to date newsletters about our products from time to time, although if you prefer not to receive this, you can tick the option box on the order form. If you have any concerns over privacy then please do not hesitate to email us


Security

We realise you may have concerns about ordering over the internet with your credit card or debit card. However, we want to reassure you that you don’t have to worry about your card details getting into the wrong hands. We have a secure server that encrypts all your personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
